What is offshore outsourcing?

The concept of outsourcing has been in existence for quite a long time now. When you outsource your processes to a company overseas for a structured growth and increase in revenue without any additional investment it is called offshore outsourcing.

I do my business in the United States of America and you are in India. How do you think you can work for me living in another continent?

There are at least a couple of factors that makes this possible. First, it is the technology that has connected the world together which has made it possible. Secondly, it is the time difference. When it is day in the United States it is night in India and vice versa. This means that we work when you work in the day and we also work when you sleep in the night. We run 24/5 operations in different shifts.

How can I keep track of my accounts' status?

The team that works for you will be the best of the breed that will go by your instructions and will ensure that except the distance you do not feel any difference in the way the accounts are handled and you will always feel the comfort of having the control sitting remotely. Of course, we're always available to answer any of your queries 24/7 either by phone, email, chat or fax. In addition, we hold regularly scheduled review meetings to receive instructions and talk about work done.

How would I know that the confidential data are protected?

Rising has effective measures for its physical security, like round the clock manned security desk and digital smart card authenticated entry. All personnel are bound by PHI confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Duplicating facilities are disabled to ensure that no PHI is taken out of office. At Rising, the HIPAA Privacy Rule records retention requirement will be strictly adhered to. All records designated by HIPAA in this retention requirement will be maintained in a manner that allows for access within a reasonable period of time. After the records retention time it will be destroyed as per the data destruction policy.

Can I try your services first before signing a contract for a full account or a complete range of service?

Yes, you can request us to do a pilot project. We will complete a simple pilot project of any of the service you request us which would serve as a proof of concept for you to understand that you are dealing with the right company.
